Minimum Board Requirements
All board members must meet qualifications and standards established by Provincial and Federal legislation, including the Ontario Non Profit Corporations Act (ONCA):
- They must be least 18 years old,
- Not been declared incapable under the laws of a Canadian province or territory, or by a court in a jurisdiction outside Canada,
- Or not be in bankrupt status.
