CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER – CHANGE FOR 2026-27
Walkerton, ON (April 22, 2026) – The members of the Four County Labour Market Planning Board are pleased to announce the title change of Dana Soucie from Executive Director to Chief Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026.
After four years of successfully leading the organization as Executive Director, Dana’s new title reflects her ongoing leadership and dedication to advancing the organization’s revised Strategic Plan and aligns with leadership structures across the network in which this role operates.
As CEO, Dana will continue to support the organization’s goals on behalf of the Board through strategic leadership, fundraising and financial stewardship, board relations, operations and staff management, community engagement, and organizational advocacy. This role is essential to achieving strategic priorities, meeting annual deliverables, and strengthening collaboration on local initiatives and partnerships that address workforce needs across the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Economic Region, including Bruce, Grey, Huron, and Perth counties.
Since implementing the 2024–2027 Strategic Plan in the 2024–25 fiscal year, the organization has experienced significant progress and success, making a meaningful impact both locally and beyond. By aligning long-term priorities with evolving labour market conditions, the organization continues to stay true to its mission while responding to the needs of municipalities, employers, and community members.
With an engaged and knowledgeable Board representing diverse backgrounds and expertise, the organization looks forward to the upcoming strategic planning review scheduled for the next fiscal year.
