We would like to extend our appreciations for the valuable insights and support from our Workforce Planning Advisory Committee (WPAC) members, local partners, employers, interviewees, focus group participants, Employment Services Providers. The Four County Labour Market Planning Board is very grateful for the collaboration and support we receive during the data collection and consultation processes.
Through our research and discussions with local partners and community members we can provide a full understanding of the most pressing issues regarding the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Economic Region (SBPER) workforce. As a rural region, we experience unique challenges from that of Ontario, and our neighboring regions. By providing evidence-based data we are supporting initiatives that are built and designed for our communities.
We look forward to working with our partners to find ways we can support the growth and sustainability of our local employers, employees, job seekers and service providers. Your feedback is very important to our planning process, and we encourage you to visit our website, access the reports and provide your input through the link provided for a short feedback survey.
Should you have any questions or comments or would like to discuss any of the reports with us directly, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] or call 519-881-2725 to book a meeting.
